How We Operate

We are considered a small business.  However, we purchase and/or lease equipment, servers, software, educational materials, office supplies etc from larger corporations/businesses.   Times are uncertain for all of us.  We are doing our very best to keep our prices to our customers as low as possible while maintaining enough profit margin to retain the employees we currently have with us. 

Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9 am – 5 pm.  EST.   Unless someone is ‘taking work home with them’, you will not hear from us outside those timeframes.   If you wish to have extra modules sent to work on over the weekend, please contact us by 2 pm EST on Friday so they can be emailed to you before we close.    We are closed on all federal holidays.  Check our website for additional closings or other pertinent information. 

We do not have someone ‘manning the phones’ for questions.  This allows us to delete the cost of a phone line and delete a secretarial position.  We conduct all business/questions by email.  Everything is online and/or given to you and we expect you to read and use it.   Should a special circumstance require that we speak to you via phone, we will schedule a phone conference and call you to discuss the situation. 

We do not mail anything to you except your final certificate.  We do not print materials and mail them.   Printing this course and mailing it is cost prohibitive.  If you wish to read the modules like a book, simply print them out on your home computer in outline format. 

This course is designed in accordance with state Board of Nursing statutes and approved by multiple states.   The course is primarily designed for those needing to be reinstated by their state to actively practice nursing.  The course follows a prescribed protocol in accordance with BON rules and requests to ensure that public safety issues are met and licensing requirements are met.  The rules are what they are.  They do not change and will not be 'bent' for any reason.  The definition of a refresher course is that it follows a particular succession and protocol.  It is set up like any other college level course, it is simply done at your pace within a specific timeframe.  We do not 'sell' course material.  There is no 'audit' option.  The course is taken in the prescribed fashion.  If you fail, you are finished.  We do not continue to forward information to you or allow you to continue in the course.  If you wish to simply buy review materials to use as you wish, we suggest you look at a local bookstore and purchase texts or other learning materials.
