When you click the Buy Now button, you will go to the PayPal secure site. Click Return to Consolidated Learning Services to go to the course. The courses are online and you will connect via the 'return to Consolidated Learning Services' button on the Paypal screen. Make sure you "return to Consolidated Learning Services" and finish the course when you sign up to take it. If you log off it will shut you out. If you do not hit 'return to merchant' you will not connect to the course. This company has a strict no refund policy under any circumstance. Any issues with Paypal or on the Paypal pages are to be addressed to Paypal.

**The information in the 'shipping' section is for record keeping purposes for the Board. Nothing will be shipped or emailed to you. Without a full name and address, we cannot verify the contact hours to your Board or employer, if asked, nor can we issue a replacement certificate if you request. If you do not wish to have your name and address on PayPal, you may return and enter it here in our secure database. Thank you.

At the end of the course, you are to print your certificate. If you are not connected to a printer, you may wish to wait and take the course where you can print your certificate. We do not email certificates to you or mail them to you. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee for any and all requests to email or mail certificates or replacement certificates.
