Our Costs
We charge for theory and clinical separately. The fee for theory is the didactic portion of the course and the certificate for 120 contact hours of continuing education. The clinical fee offsets the legal fees incurred negotiating clinical contracts for you.
Due to the increase in processing fees, credit card fraud and an increase in legal fees, our prices have changed. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to ‘eat’ the cost of those fees.
Theory is now $700 and clinical is $200
**For those using PayPal: PayPal has a system in place to ensure that you and your credit card are legit and that you haven't been unknowingly scammed by having someone use your card to set up a PayPal account without your knowledge. It may take a day or so to set up a PayPal account. We have no control over their policies or practices. We simply use their service to process credit card payments.
We have a strict no refund policy under any circumstances. Ask any and all questions prior to enrolling in the course. Make sure you understand the BON requirements and the work involved. Once you enroll and pay, proprietary materials are sent to you. Even though there are copyright laws in place, we need to ensure that our work is not being sold or used by someone else. A common trick by the unscrupulous is to sign up for a course, receive materials, request a refund, and then use the work as their own creation.
If you pay with PayPal, materials are sent the next business day after payment clears. For payment made by personal check or money order, we let you get started on the first module until your check clears (usually five business days) and then you progress at whatever speed you decide.
There is no financial aid for continuing education. We do not offer payment plans. If your employer is paying for this course, the employer may write the tuition check at enrollment time. If your employer requires you to pass the course before he pays, then you need to pay us first and be reimbursed by your employer after passing the course.
