or abusive behavior will result in termination

your account with out notice. This behavior includes but is not
limited
to: email harassment
of employees
or other users, spamming, attempts to
"hack", "crack" or otherwise access or use the site in an unintended
or unlawful manner, and/or providing
inaccurate or fraudulent
information. No one under the age
of

Services unless otherwise noted.
You may not copy,
modify or distribute this content for any reason, with
the exception
of
printing portions out for the purpose
of
record keeping
or off-line viewing.
Under no circumstances can any content be used for
commercial purposes.
3. WARRANTIES/GUARANTEES
Our
service
is provided "as is", we try our
best
to ensure the widest
range
of compatiblity
possible, but due to the large number
of
web-browser, operating system, and system configuration combinations
we
do not take responsibility
for problems or damages that my arise when
interacting with our
service.
4. REFUNDS
No refunds will be given by Consolidated Learning
Services. We are an approved provider
able to issue contact hours according to the specifications of our
provider agreement with the California Board of Registered Nursing.
It is the right of every licensing Board or facility to determine if
they will or will not accept a course as meeting their requirements.
It is the individual licensee's responsibility to ensure that any
courses offered meet with their agency's guidelines.
5. SECURITY
It is your responsibility
to choose a secure Paypal password, and to keep your
computer up to date with the latest security patches
from your software and internet
service
providers. We do not take responsibility
for accounts which are compromised due to poor choice
of
password, or insecure/out
of
date personal computer systems.
6. RIGHT TO CHANGE
TERMS
OF
SERVICE
Consolidated Learning Services reserves the right to change this
agreement at any time with out prior notice.
